Our cruise to costa maya was ok . It’s just what’s at the port unless you want to pay a fee for excursion . Not really a lot there

Main dinning was great. We didn’t visit any of the specialty restaurant. We had lunch at the wind jammer and park cafe . And it was excellent .One thing that was upsetting was it was a four night cruise and Royal has done cut backs .So where there’s no formal night .There is no lobster night unless you pay for the extra

Shows were great . My personal favorite was “Oh what a night “

Crew was great! Made us feel so special . And Richard by the pool bar kept our glasses full

This was the smallest of Royals ships I’ve ever been on . . It was very clean but needs a face lift

Cabin was clean. But the bathroom had a regular shower curtain and that had seen better days. We only saw our room attendant one time

Glad you enjoyed it. Best low cost option in Costa Maya is to get a taxi to nearby Mahahual and go to one of the restaurants / beach clubs with loungers.
