Review summary

Overall it was great. Easy to navigate and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We also watched the salute to Veterans, and it was quite moving.

Embarkation

Went very smoothly. Had a 12:00 check in time, but was amazed by all the people there that had like 2:00 or 3:00. Crew was on hand pointing out where to go.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food in both MDR and Windjammer were very good. Was excited that they served lobster in the Windjammer one night.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Casino was nice. Drinks were also cheaper in there than the other bars. Solarium was relaxing.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I found everyone of the crew, behind the scenes workers on up to be extremely gracious. They would always speak to you as you walked by..

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Kind of old, but the crew did an excellent job cleaning. You always saw someone wiping tables and banisters.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
We had a 1 room suite. The cabin itself was excellent, but it is directly below the pool/Windjammer area. Scrapping and bumps could be heard clearly in the early morning hours.

Ship tip

Don't book any cabins on Deck 10. Too much noise from above.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Carried our own luggage out. Fast and easy.
