Review summary

For what its worth, the ship is not too bad... just didn't have the typical Royal Caribbean experience I'm accustomed to. I'll chalk it up to the ship's age and a few bad apples within the staff. Management did make a decent attempt to correct several problems we encountered, and I respect that. I'm an RCI loyalist and I count this cruise as our relationship hitting a rough patch😉.

Ship tip

The elevator situation is real... limited number and not a lot of space. If you can stomach it, become a stairmaster! My Fitbit was on fire!

Having a bigger newer ship is not always better and they add problems of their own. The Brilliance is in the Radiance class and has 3 sister ships and are only ships powered by jet engine turbines and not diesels
