Review summary

The best part of the cruise is the entertainment.  I've traveled with Carnival, Norwegian and RC and RC has the best entertainment.  The service on Brilliance of the Seas was the worst I've had throughout ALL my cruising experiences.  This was kindof embarrassing because I convinced 4 other friends to join me on this trip and it was their first RC experience.   They seemed to be short staffed, not trained, and just didn't care that much.  Maybe RC needs to rethink the paid-up-front gratuities.  Do not go to Rita's Cantina on this ship.  The service was horrible and the food was cold.  I could have spent the extra $25.00 at this location on a better specialty restaurant.  I would not recommend this ship and I'm considering booking my next trip with Norwegian again.
