RCCL policy is “Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz./500ml) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom” this is in addition to 2 bottles of wine.

yes you can pre order for it to be delivered to your cabin. we have pre ordered for delivery on our next cruise on Brilliance in March.
