Check the deck plan on Royal Caribbean’s website. Does not appear to be obstructed.

We just did a B2B out of Venice to Tampa in Oct / Nov on her…we were in 9638 and also another deck 9 cabin. Had to switch cabins after first leg to Rome. One was port and one was Starboard. Only obstruction was the canopy covering the life boats on deck 5..so you could see out just fine but if trying to look straight down from your balcony you couldn’t see directly down to the water..or the dock if tied up….but it was really not an inconvenience.
