A: There are no formal nights on the Azamara Pursuit. I'm not sure if this is on all itineraries, but there was a "white night" celebration on the pool deck during our Greece itinerary, but wearing white was only encouraged... not required.

A: The Pursuit has 2 shops. One has high-priced jewelry. The other is a general shop, but mostly with high-priced things like purses, watches, accessories, etc. But they also have some sundry items you might run out of. We were disappointed, however, th... at even their sundries are limited. There was no floss nor stockings/pantyhose, both of which seem pretty basic and would come in handy on any cruise. I wouldn't call the shopping options on Azamara the best.See More

A: My wife had her birthday while on board, and we saw others with similar. If you dine in any either the main (Discoveries) or specialty restaurants on your birthday, you'll get a small birthday cake and can take what you don't eat back to your room. A... nd they decorated our room while we were out as well. I don't know if anything is done for anniversaries - didn't see any of that, but maybe.See More

A: Most cruise lines will treat you to a complimentary special dessert
Answered by CruiselineMich on November 28, 2018
A: No, but they're now doing a safety briefing as the very first thing you attend when you embark. So, they group passengers for embarkation, escort you on the ship, and take you directly to an entertainment venue where someone provides a safety briefin... g. After that you go to your room for the first time. There's no more safety drill.See More
