Be sure to enjoy the Hot Chocolate at the snack areas. It is the BEST Hot Chocolate I've ever had!!

We stayed an extra night in Vienna and was told our taxi/shuttle service to the airport the following day was included. The hotel said there was an Avalon representative, but we could not find him/her. We had to find and pay for a taxi from the hotel to the airport, which cost 65 Euros.
