Review summary

Brilliant Christmas cruise. We have sailed on Aurora a few times and she is one of our favourites. Aurora is an elegant ship with excellent facilities.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was delicious all through our cruise, the buffet was excellent as it was clean and the food was great.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The Great British sail away events were rather entertaining and there was a great atmosphere. We utilised the covered pool on the first couple of days out of Southampton due to the weather and we never struggled to find a seat.

The headliners were good in some areas Horner they were lacking on several occasions. There was a comedian on board who was rather good. The lounge singers were also fantastic.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service was impeccable. The crew were friendly and offered their assistance when required. We couldn’t fault anyone.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Aurora is an elegant ship with elements of luxury, she was definitely built with comfort in mind. Aurora is a luxury ship however she doesn’t have all the in your face glamour which is nice to see.

Cabin / Stateroom
