Very efficient. We only had to wait around 45 minutes in the terminal.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
The food was amazing throughout the cruise, it was well presented and fresh. We had set dining and the waiter tailored the service to our personal preferences which added to the great dining experience.
Onboard Activities
The covered pool was very accessible during the cruise (Baltic) however due to weather the outdoor pool was a little bit cold. We used the spa a couple of times which was well worth the money, fantastic service both times, the spa is very spacious on Arcadia. We managed to have a couple of games of deck quoits during the cruise.
Entertainment
As always the entertainment on Arcadia is very good, there were several singers which were all superb. The stage shows were also great in the evenings.
Service and Staff
The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the cruise, we found the reception and cruise sales teams to be especially good at their jobs. Our cabin steward was also fantastic.
Ship Quality
I have sailed on the Arcadia many times, the ship is clean and spacious. Arcadia is well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
Deluxe balcony. It is basically a regular balcony cabin however on Arcadia they are called deluxe. It was somewhat spacious and it was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was a basic bathroom (shower over bath)
Disembarkation
A small delay.
