Review summary

Final review of Arcadia: having booked J718P and J719 as our first Back to Back cruise and also fully aware that this was the first cruise since a soft refurb my overall impression of Arcadia is that she is quite possibly the friendliest ship in the fleet! We did have some issues in our first cabin on E Deck with water temperature, however they did only last one night for us and it seems that we were one of the lucky ones in this case as the issues did persist into the next cruise and were a lot worse for some other passengers. Our new cabin for the second part of the trip on C Deck was fine a slightly smaller balcony but as the weather was not favourable was not used in the main! The ship is fresh looking and the buckets become unnoticed by me on Day 4 Of our cruise. I want to say a massive thank you to Jordan and the Loyalty team for their outstanding service, Lhen on reception who’s smile goes a mile and to anyone who encountered the ever happy and bubbly Nino outside the Globe toilets I’m sure you will agree he is an amazing ambassadors for customer service! In closing, would I cruise on Arcadia again, YES! Would I do a B2B again YES! Am I booked again with P&O for 2018 YES but on Ventura to a warmer climate!

Hi JennyK70, I don’t know where you got the information from but I did not do a B2B on Arcadia it was a 3 night cruise to Brugge. 🙂

Loved your review and pleased you like Arcadia as much as we do. Interesting that you did a B2B, we're doing the same later in a few months. Have fun on your future cruises!

I went on the Arcadia too to Brugge and yes there wasn’t any cold water in my cabin only hot but was still able to shower. P&O generously gave me £30 onboard credit for the inconvenience although I never complained about the water so that was a nice surprise. Afraid I shall not be travelling on her again tho just not for me. I’m going on Sapphire Princess next May my first time with them. I love RC too
