Our trip was cut short and started a day later due to an unfortunate illness of a passenger on the previous cruise. It threw off all of our plans. We were reimbursed for the lost time but only had about 8 hours on Bermuda for time!

Onboard Activities

Played Bingo which was enjoyable . Sat poolside and took in the sun. Did a lot of duty free shopping.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We really enjoyed the Lou Gazzara show, it was very entertaining and fun. We also really enjoyed the Comedy show of Gary Caouette we laughed so much we stayed for back to back shows! The show with the music from Queen was also very enjoyable and entertaining. We didn't care so much for the Ultra Techno Spectra show, it was too much (it could be that it just didn't appeal to our age group (60). We went to Karaoke for a while and it was a little boring with limited participation. We enjoyed the married couples show which made us laugh.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
All of the staff were cheerful, happy and very helpful. They really seemed to enjoy their job and were super friendly, even if they weren't the ones assigned to your stateroom or dining table.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
It was very clean and the bathrooms spotless and very well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
I was very impressed with the size of our balconied cabin. I was not happy with the step up to the bathroom. I have severe arthritic knees and walk with a cane and it was difficult at times to have to step up to the bathroom. I also sustained an injury to my ribs on our bus tour of the island and it made it very uncomfortable to navigate the bathroom and many other things afterwards.
Ship tip
If you have any physical limitations and issues with ambulation then I would say that you should make sure you get a mid ship accomodation or have a wheelchair available. The ship is very long and the placement of the dining room and the theater's for entertainment are at opposite ends of the ship. Also, the shopping is duty free and there are a lot of kiosks with $10 items. But, overall the ships stores cater to people who can spend a lot of money and you can't really find any necessities and there was NO stores that had clothing or gifts for babies or very young children.
Bermuda is a wonderful Island but the placement of the ship makes it necessary to walk quite a way to pick up a tour or a cab. Like I mentioned above, when you have ambulation issues it is too far to go to access your bus or cab. The Island itself is very beautiful.
