Waiters where very good for being new to the line, room steward did his job but no interaction at all. Other personnel very good.

Room stayed clean when he came by but when you ask him for something he never came with it and you would have to call housekeeping

I was not as excited as I was on my last cruise my room cleaner was not friendly I had to go and keep getting a new room key it would not open my room than it would not work in the slots and I got charged for a drink when we had the 10 drink package
