Review summary

Overall, it was a very nice trip and we would do it again. I just really wish that RCL would make adjustments for simple things such as easy to use drink dispensers and fresh entertainment.

We were on this ship about 2 years and the FOOD improved tremendously. HOWEVER, the complimentary drinks are rough. The iced tea & strawberry Kiwi was definitely from a cheap powder. Lemonade was ok. The machines require a person to pull on a handle which was VERY difficult. many people struggled to get them to work... HORRIBLE dispensers. Buffets were full of selections & nice! A bit chaotic to find a table but it was to be expected.

Onboard Activities

All activities were great! we used the fitness center several times and it was very clean with great equipment. we all used the seaplex along with bumper cars. Indoor pools were great... main reason for us to choose this ship above NCL. We love that the pool water is lightly chlorinated where as NCL uses actual SEA water... very very salty & unpleasant unless you are at the beach.

Entertainment

The main shows were exactly the same as 2 years ago which were nice but we expected new shows 2 years later. 3 of the new main shows were comedians which we felt was too much... should have been a variety. 1 night had 2 fabulous singers and 1 night was a repeat of 1 of the shows. so all in all, a bit lackluster for the main entertainment.

shower was tiny & there is evidently plenty of room to have designed it a bit larger. Mattress was a bit hard & lumpy. Otherwise a great room.
