Review summary

RCCL is all about profit. If you have a problem, they have no interest in making it right. They cancelled our stop to CocoCay three days before cruise. I later found out that another RCCL ship DOCKED at Cococay two days BEFORE we were supposed to be there. No explanation as to why.

Do not book shows before cruise. Everyone of ours was changed and some coincided with other activites thus having to reschedule

Sounds like the coco cay skip spoiled the whole trip.

They skip CocoCay frequently because of wind. It’s not a protected harbor like a lot of ports and it’s exposed to the conditions of the sea. Even with the pier, they’re not going to risk damaging a ship.

RC cancelled our stop at Cocca Cay and took us to Miami and it rained all day. They could have done better.
