Overall the ship is absolutely beautiful and the entertainment, food and staff are superb. However, the medical problems my friends and I are having since returning is not worth the beauty of the ship or the great food.
I hope to cruise again soon but I don't think it will be a Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Not unless they do something about the beds and sofas.

No one informed us that if we had a passport we did not have to wait in the long line.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Best food I've ever had anywhere and the service was amazing. Thank you Renrick, our head server and his assistant for a great time!
Onboard Activities

There were not enough activities during the day, which made it very boring and it was too cold to go outside of the ship. Once nigh fall came and the shows started, they were amazing shows. We saw the Gift (had some of the best singers I've ever heard) and Spectra's Cabaret was so good we sat through it twice. We almost missed them because we were not informed that we had to make reservations as soon as we boarded the ship and by the time we found out, it was too late. So, we had to go and stand outside the event hall (like groupies) and wait for them to let people with no reservations in about five to ten minutes before the show started. Would have given a 5 star because the shows were so good but could have been better informed.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a Virtual Balcony which is really cool. However, the beds and sofa were awful. I literrally laid on the floor as the sofa felt like I was sleeping on piece of thick ply wood. The bed was just as hard. In fact, both were so uncomfortable, my roommates and I would go and sit in the back of some of the lounges to get some sleep. My Brasitas flared up and that made it very difficult to walk around on and off the ship in Bermuda. My roommate had spine surgery and she has been in pain, like I have been, since we got home. I was actually in the bed for two days upon my return. JUST AWFUL!!
It took our Uber driver an hour and a half to get to the ship. That is how long and slow the line was to get to the ship. Then people with the Limousine service felt they should not have to wait in line, so they started driving on the outside lane trying to cut the line.
Don't get me wrong, Bermuda is a beautiful place, however, unless you take one of the 3 excursions......Glass bottom boat, snorkeling, or the beach, there is absolutely nothing to do. If you walk around the shops in King's Wharf, they are very, very expensive. Not only that, we wanted to go and play the game where they lock you in the room and you have to solve riddles to get out but it did not open until 1pm, which I thought was crazy since the ship left at 3pm. So, we just got back on the ship.
We could have been informed that if you have a passport you can skip the line. So, it took about an hour to Disembark even though we had our own luggage.
