Review summary

Only problem was our cabin steward. I’ve been told others were very good. We opted for self disembarkation. The were no staff to guide the line which was disorganized.

The show We Will Rock You was great. The other 2 shows received consistently poor ratings so I didn’t bother. One of the two comedians I saw was very good. The plays were offered at very inconvenient times of the day. The 2:30 shows interfered with daytime ctivities and the 6:30 shows interfered with dinnertimes.

Service and Staff

Our cabin steward was to the greatest. We had to remind him to vacuum the carpet and the bathroom floors were not cleaned daily. The rest of the service staff were very good and attentive.

Everything aside from our cabin steward service was excellent. The design of the ship was excellent and very easy to get around.

Surprise! Surprise! The only direction was staff telling the first people where the line started then leaving. The line interfered with walk-through areas. If your not in front of line and those behind you become nasty and derogatory because you need to clear a walkway for others to get through, problems start.

I think self disembarkation means just that, self serve without assistance. What is the surprise here?

No staff to guide the line? How much help do you need to walk off the ship with your own suitcase? That’s why you pick that option! If you want help you should have gone for assisted disembarkation.
