Review summary

Embarkation terrible, ports were nice that time of year, crew needs help, long lines for all activities and excursions if you were lucky to get one. Food wasn’t that good.I really would have given this ship a better review if the crew would have been better and not so many people

Embarkation

I took the transfer from airport and when we got there buses were lined up and we sat on bus for 2 hours there excuse was the computers weren’t working

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Comedy shows could have been better, want to be rock group journey was probably the best, loud music everywhere on ship

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
Didn’t like it

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
My room attendant was poor however the ones that I passed in hallway where better and nice wish I would have had them. I just got stuck with a bad apple in the bunch dining room staff lies to you about getting tables

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
It’s a new ship so everything on board was new.The layup was pretty decent, lots of activities on board but the lines are way to long so you can’t do everything

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The curtain was fallen down the shower was dirty due to lack of cleaning by steward the sheets were dirty with stains

Ship tip

It would of been an alright cruise if there wouldn’t be so many people on board however it’s a new and big ship I really don’t think the crew was ready for it so just be ready to stand in long lines for everything and definitely make reservations online months before your cruise book excursions months before also to ensure you get what you want and the crew needs to treat all ages the same not ignore the younger crowds
