Review summary

The captain took us into 100 mph winds and over 30ft waves to go around an unpredictable storm. Many passengers (and crew) were sick for a day and night of a 5 day cruise. Getting on the ship was easy. Getting off was so disorganized. Level of customer service varied. Some crew members were very helpful and some were extremely rude. Need to bring in new management for Anthem of the Seas. Awesome ship with many personnel flaws.

Nice layout.

Ship tip

Remember you can bring up to two 750ml wine bottles onboard with with you. Book dining early.

We were on that cruise. We sat in the Solarium area on deck 14 and watched the storm. It was incredible. Definitely something different since we cruise a lot. I'm sure we would have felt differently if we were sea sick.

Heard about this on the news! Glad you will need it back safely. Question how long did the storm last and how long did the worst parts last?
