It's very hard to find a helping staff anywhere. Usually have to take a long walk to find someone for basic help, or wait a long line to talk to someone. Otherwise, it's a nice ship with lots of fun activities and decent food. Nice thing about this ship is most of the rooms are ocean view. Only a very limited rooms are interior rooms.

Embarkation and Disembarkation
Slow departure. Have to wait couple of hours. The scheduled time wave schedule system for departure does not work at all. Thousands of ppl just piled up together and cut into each others' lines.

Quality is nice, but not enough.
