Ship was great. Very clean, pools were great. Shows were ok but not as good as other

RC ships we have been on. Bought a 3 dinner package. Went to Chops twice steaks were good but sides were awful.  Creamed spinach was cold, bacon appetizer was undercooked. Service was awful. Waiter was not attentive, he did not offer drinks, just brought water we had to ask for wine list.  Had to ask for fresh ground pepper. We also went to Jamies and food was excellent and service was ok.  Complimentary restaurants the food was not hot and service was fair.  Seems they were under staffed. This was our 6 time cruising with RC and food and service on other RC ships were always great.  Very disappointed with food service on Anthem.
