Review summary

Our first cruise, and hopefully it won't be our last, the staff and crew truely went out of their way to make us feel that they were there to take care of us, and that they did, extremely well, We hope we can go on another curise with you wonderful people again soon.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We only dined at the ledo and LaFauntane, as we are strictley home bodies, and not much in for dress up, and this cruise made us fit right in, Only negative comment, The coffee was so strong, you could float a nail in it and had to delute it, and there never seemed to be enough Hot Cholate handy, other than that, fantastic.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
From what we took part in, a wonderful verity.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Class "A" staff, you should be proud of them all.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was just the right size, and the passanger compliment was not overwelming, and it appeared that the crew and staff were just fitted for the amount of passangers.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Did not find out until the last day, that both bunks went into one bed, as we are used to sleeping together, sleeping apart was diffecult.

Ports of call

Sitka, Alaska

Once more had to go searching for our tour, and just by accident after talking with a nunber of tour people on the dock, we were informaed to try Tribal tours, they where our guide, had a pretty good time and saw some interesting things,

Juneau, Alaska

We didn't book our on shore excursion with you, Our mistake as Im new to on line things, and really screwed up, We could not find the outfit we scheduled with, and when we did, very unfriendly, we cancelled, but were still billed.

Ketchikan, Alaska

5 out of 5
Once again could not find the tour out fit, but was still billed after we attempted to cancell, with in 21 hours of the scheduled tour, but was advised we were not within the 24 hour window, Just another learing experence, and will never, ever book with that company again.

Sorry that you had so much trouble finding your tour outfits in ports.  We almost always take shore excursions through the cruise lines even though they may cost a bit more.  We don't want any surprises when we reach a port.  Only one time did we have trouble finding our tour in port. Someone eventually helped us.  It was on their private island so it was hard to figure out why there wasn't anyone from the cruise line on the dock to offer directions.  I guess they were all gone to the beach.
