There are venues for every mood, from the elegant Buckingham restaurant dining room offering sophisticated options catered to all, to Borough Market where flavours from around the world come together, allowing you to craft your own unique dining experience. Why not expand your taste buds at one of the speciality restaurants? There are Saffron, offering exceptional Indian fusion cuisine, and premium grills Sea & Grass. Breakfast and lunch are generally served on an open seating basis, giving you and your appetite plenty of choice. With dinner, it operates two sittings, which can be requested when booking your cruise. If you have any dietary requirements, Ambassador can easily accommodate - just let them know in advance.
