Ambience offers a wide choice of well appointed, inviting and comfortable passenger cabins spanning seven accommodation decks from the Aloe deck 4 up to the Ambassador deck 11. There are three spacious main foyer areas on all decks (except deck 4) serviced by 9 lifts and stairways. Deck 4 has two foyers serviced by 6 lifts. Cabins are generally graded according to size and/or position comprising 20 twin and single cabin categories to suit a wide range of pockets and tastes. Cabins are more spacious by today’s cruise ship standards averaging 17-18 square meters with cabin types broadly classified as standard, superior, premium or de-luxe. All cabins are air-conditioned with en suite facilities including a shower and ample storage space with room under the beds to store most suitcases. Most suites also have a bathtub. The dedicated housekeeping team clean cabins once a day with an evening turn down service and also provide 24-hour room service at a supplementary cost. All cabins have tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, hair dryer, personal safe, UK three pin electrical sockets and USB ports, and flat screen TV for in house movies, news, documentaries and ship information channels showing the ship position and routing and a bridge camera for forward views. With the exception of 14 Aloe deck 4 cabins (one lower and one upper berth), all cabins are of twin lower bed configuration (some with fold-away upper pullman berths or sofa berths) and in most cases can be converted to double beds. There are 12 cabins adapted for guests with disability and mobility needs and 40 cabins with connecting doors, both highlighted below and on the deck plan. Ocean View Cabin: Describes a cabin that has natural light from a window. Inner Cabin: Describes a cabin that has artificial light only.
