Great experience for my family...unforgettable trip

This was our first cruise and my husband was skeptical at first, but everything far exceeded our expectations. It was the best vacation we have ever had. We will be cruising on this ship again.

Ship was great, service and staff were great, activities were great. The only gripe I had were that the drinks were very expensive, especially in the casino bar and inner bars on the ship. Not sure why so expensive, considering the cost to make them. Even beer was pricey. I haven’t been on a cruise in 13 years so forgot that I should do the beverage package, but even that is expensive. Great overall experience!! Staff member Danilo, that took care of cleaning the smoking area on deck 15 is phenomenal, such a hard worker and he deserves extra kudos!

Excellent ship with a lot to see an do. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed everything about the ship my kids surf for hours every day the zip line amazing the Ambiance and the weather couldn't be beat it was the food the food was mushy from the chicken to the steak the lobster was just mush the prime rib taste like a mushy ham steak every single day for lunch at the buffet it was foreign and horrible I'm sorry to say the food on Carnival was much better

We had a good time because of the great weather that we had. We had one excellent waiter at Giovanni's. (If you go there ask for the girl server, don't have her name but she is the only female server at the restaurant) Because we have been on this ship 5 times a lot of things have not changed. I am going to look into other cruises to see if there might be a better deal out there in the future.

Not sure what caused the issue however the pre-cruise communication was non existent. Multiple issues checking in prior to the trip. It's a great boat. No real complaints. The service was not very consistent. I experienced some discrimination issues from servers and bartenders.

We are planning our next cruise for 2020 and bringing the whole family

Everything about this ship, its crew and ports of call is amazing.

I enjoy the Oasis class of Royal Caribbean. This is a resort on the water. If you have visited the ports do not fear, this ship is a fantastic destination.

Amazing trip to the Eastern Caribbean. Ship was amazing, as usual. Was very disappointed with how pushy the vendors were in Labadee. It got to be too much, and we ended up returning to ship instead of shopping the market

Overall it is a great cruise experience and lots of things to do.

The trip and cruise was great overall! There were only a few concerns: the drink prices on board started at $9 but were mostly $13 plus gratuities. Which was ridiculous for a Mai Tai or simple drink on board. So if you plan on drinking just buy the drink package. Also, having two Mexico ports was pretty boring. Cozumel was fine but Puerto Maya can be dropped. Change it to Puerto Vallarta or something. The shows were outstanding and so was the dining room food. If you are wanting to experience this ship but it’s too expensive, opt for an inside room. Still was decent size and I didn’t miss the balcony.

Everything was great excepts the DJ. It wasn't a mixed music. He din't play any Caribbean music.

Everything about this ship was awesome! Food, service, amenities, ports, entertainment. It has it all! Highly recommend it!

The ship had everything my family needed for an amazing and memorable summer vacation.

Great experience a lot of fun,you will never get bore

My family of 12 enjoyed the cruise ship, the staff, and the entertainment thoroughly. We also found the process on and off the boat very easy considering 6000+ people were moving... However, the stops were not the normal "impressive" places we have seen before. Roatan was very poor and the tour guide and everyone you met reinforced their poor state. Frankly, we could see the poverty and we were willing to buy stuff and tip but it was really too much and became an uncomfortable place. Costa Maya was a Cruise line made shopping place with a pool and dolphin marina not much there. We thought Cozumel was a good blend. You had the "cruise shopping" but outside their gates was civilization. You felt as if you were truly visiting Mexico and could venture out to see the real place and people were very nice. Moral of the story is do this cruise for the cruise ship and the fun experience there... not the stops.

Long lines everywhere. We had reserved seats and there were no seats. It felt like it was understaffed. Need more people working....
