The ship is beautiful with so many unique and nice areas. Entertainment is tops and varied. Itinerary is so-so, but I knew it was going to be like that.

The ship is great and has lots to do for those that 'do'. Enjoy Your cruise!

Ship is very large, too many people to eat at leisure. Food was good, beverages too expensive. Great for families, lots of stuff for kids.

Thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the Allure. Have cruised six times on another line where feeling crowded and cramped in some areas is expected. I never felt that on Allure. Walking down the Boardwalk and Central Park you could forget you are aboard ship. The main dining room food quality seemed aimed more at presentation than quality. Dining room staff were efficient and always engaged guests. The Chops Steak House was very nice. Great food and service.

The cruise was great, its such a big ship, love the Central Park. It was nice to go there in the evening and have a drink at the trellis bar, you got a nice breeze there in the evening. The entertainment for the kids was great too, kept them entertained. The dining room was excellent but didn’t like the Windjammer buffet, they need to improve the quality of the food, it seemed to be cold most times.

Ship was great! Port were disappointing. Philipsburg has not recovered from the hurricanes, no tours in San Juan since it was Thanksgiving and Labadee is all about Royal Caribbean making a lot of money on their guest.

I will make it simple....the girl who took care of our cabin and our two waiters are the only ones I would give 5 stars to. Cons: Understaffed, staff disengaged, manipulated into taking a beverage package and this was already in our package, and then was given two different stories when it came to canceling the package. Food was mediocre. Had to speak with the supervisors manager for the servers because the supervisor was openly berating the young servers who were trying to do their job. Did not even come close to the excellent experience we had with Celebrity where if you asked me to find a complaint, I wouldn’t be able to.

I have been on this ship before. My first experience was better. We had a good time.

The cruise, food, and crew was excellent, we will cruise again in the Allure of the Sea. Kids love it.

Great experience, made new friends, awesome people

First time on a ship this size, very well engineered and does a nice job of spreading everyone out so it rarely felt crowded. Dining room food was good not great, some was way overcooked. Lots of restaurant choices for meals and snacks though, many at no additional charge. We did not use the premium food (upcharge) options this trip but have in the past, we heard from fellow cruisers that they loved them, especially Italian. Bar service was a challenge at times, seemed like they had minimal staff, often had to wait 10min or more to be served. Many activities have an upcharge, some seemed a bit much (like $30 a person for a cupcake decorating class) but many are included like the zip-line and Flowrider. Ship is starting to show some age here and there but overall well kept and clean.

Amazing cruise experience and islands it stopped! What else can we ask for?

We enjoyed the trip and our excursion in St Marteen. However, we were turned off by the formal dining experience in which our requests were not honored. The ship is huge and nice and we did meet staff that treated us with respect.

The ship is amazing with plenty to do and see while at sea. Staff was great. Would recommend booking a suite cabin to have access to concierge services, lounge and dedicated restaurant.

This Cruise was wonderful. Royal Carribean Allure of the Seas is a beautifully built massive ship. Enjoyed it. Will definitely cruise again on that ship. My next cruise ship is Harmony of the Seas next month with my family. I cant wait to explore and experience that! So excited!
