Stacey Love was a joy to work with. She crunched the numbers and provided a plethora of options for my family to enjoy a 3 night cruise for my kids’ birthdays. We deeply appreciated the automatic price drop savings after booking as it provided a more affordable vacation for us. This was the first time we ever booked two adjoining rooms (at Stacey’s suggestion), and we couldn’t have been happier with that setup. The kids were over the moon to have their own room and beds! We are also grateful for her strong suggestion for the ship Allure, and found the amenities and activities plentiful. The kids loved their time at the kids club which gave my husband and I a small break to enjoy the casino and time alone. Stacey checked in frequently before the cruise to ensure we got checked in, explored excursions and drink packages, and more. She was available on our sailing date for any last minute questions or needs we may have had, and was excited to hear about our adventures upon our return. What was most thoughtful was her arranging a birthday cake to be delivered to our room to properly celebrate the kids’ birthday. The kids were so excited to receive such a special surprise! We will definitely use Stacey again in the future to book our travel arrangements. As a working mother of 2, it can be challenging at times to think about and plan much needed vacations. She made it quick and easy for us, and all we had to do was enjoy our time together as a family.
