Review summary

Good itinerary, great staff, and poor management. My daughter found a metal bolt in her food and I hurt myself on a RCCL excursion. The response of the ships management was poor at best.

Front line staff (waiters, bartenders, state room attendants) was wonderful. Management was horrible and had no idea how to respond to problems or crises.
