Q: I started sailing in 2018, but this will be my first with Royal. I actually dreamed of sailing on the Allure from my very first cruise and so I'm making it happen in 21 days. After looking through all the dining options, it appears most places charge. There seems to be a whole lot of specialty restaurants.
