Maybe the medical place on the ship.

Fitness center. If the ship is at sea, I have found it difficult to get an accurate reading because the ship is moving.

Yes, easy item. Go to the fitness center. If the scale is not out in the open explain your situation to one of the staff, I’m sure they will accommodate you. Deck 4 I believe.
