Review summary

This was our first cruise and we were so disappointed because guest services did nothing!!! We tried to make dining reservations and and they pointed in the direction. Our shore excursion was cancelled and we were upsold and taken advantage of. There was nothing they could do. We lost our cell phone and they wouldn’t let us borrow 20 minutes of internet to check the “find my phone.” They charged us the full 4 day package instead.

Research before you go. So much cheaper to not book excursions through the cruise line. Especially Cozumel. Personally if gs said they couldn’t let you get on the wifi I’d have asked a fellow cruiser that paid for voom. We’ve always had great luck with GS when we’ve needed them.
