Service was exceptional but you can still tell that some of the staff are still getting up-to-speed as new hires/assignments. This was our third cruise since the restart and the improvements are noticeable.

Through "Royal Up" we were upgraded to a 1-bedroom grand suite. The room was excellent, and we had no problems with getting and staying asleep. The room attendant was excellent and provided us with exceptional service which was unobtrusive and consistent. We did not see him much, but the suite was kept immaculate and stocked.
Very easy and accessible. The port personnel were there to help with any questions and helped speed things along. From ship to vehicle only took about 20 minutes.
