Review summary

This was my first cruise. I was very surprised and impressed with the ship, crew and all there is to do onboard.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
well organized, simple and smooth

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
staff, cleanliness and cuisine all met or exceeded expectations.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Karaoke, dancing poolside, waterslides, pools, hot tubs... more to do than time to do them. Was a blast.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Fantastic productions. Having worked behind the scenes in large venues myself for decades I recognize and appreciate what went into each show. Top notch. Actual musicians instead of backing tracks impressed me. Usual the first corner cut- but not here. Bravo!

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
My 9 year old daughter loved the kids club. The staff is professional, kind and energetic. The kids were never bored and I felt my daughter was perfectly safe in their care.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff was what made the trip. These people worked HARD and even though they're doing back to back trips for months on end you'd think we were the first sailing of the year. They were over the top friendly, personable and accommodating. I have so much gratitude and respect for them.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Spotless. This ship is well maintained and gorgeous. The layout is easy enough to navigate and complex enough to be able to explore for days and keep finding new areas.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
perfect size for my 9 year old daughter and I. Plenty of closet space, drawers and shelves for our vast wardrobe. Bathroom was adorable and our balcony was where we'd have our dinner dessert and I'd enjoy my morning coffee. Vanity had great lighting and hinged side view mirrors which had shelves for cosmetics and whatnot.

Ship tip

read your cruise compass when you get it so you don't miss a thing!

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey Did not visit port

just parked here

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
port had shops to pick up souvenirs in walking distance, plenty of cheap transportation options waiting for you with plenty of helpful people there to direct you to the right one. The Museum is right there which also includes the Dolphin quest excursion. If you love animals- this is a must.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
well organized. I chose to carry my on bags out so i could get on the road faster.
