Review summary

Overall we had a great time. We did find the ship to be overcrowded. Could not find chairs at the pool etc. The staff was excellent. Always helpful and accommodating. Especially out main room dining staff and room steward. We thank them for all their help during our cruise.

Food was good. Staff at main dining and buffet were excellent. Very friendly, and attentive. Had difficulty making reservations for dinner. Could only get times after 8:15 or 8:45pm. So late. Other times were booked.

Onboard Activities

Pools were very crowded. Some days we could not find a chair at the pool. Rock wall, mini golf and flow riders were great for our kids.

Entertainment

Shows were excellent. We loved the ice and music shows. So fun and entertaining.

Children's Programs

Our teenagers went to the teen program. But found the leader to be abrasive. Only stated the rules of the ship. Did not find her to be welcoming.

Service and Staff

Wait staff and room stewards were excellent. They were so accommodating. They anticipated our every need.

Ship was layed out well. Easy to access pools and activities.

Cabin / Stateroom

Room was very clean. And our room steward was excellent. So accommodating:). The rooms were small, old and dated. Definitely need to upgrade.

Ship tip

Make dinner reservations early in the cruise.

I've heard that's how it always is at the pool which is why I skip it. Glad you had a good cruise.

All pool decks on every ship are crowded and hard to find chairs. Especially on sea days.
