Often crowded and long lines to wait. Food was just ok not much of a variety and a hit or miss on quality. Service was always great.

shows in the main theater and ice rink were good. Just expected more variety.

Gaga ball and that’s it. No Water available for drinking. Can not be compared to Disney.
Service and Staff

Always great except for the customer service desk. Long lines and they messed up our drink package, deactivated the sea pass card and mixed an adult account with a child’s account. I had to make a 45 min line 3 separate times thru the course of 4 days to finally resolve.

Water slides were at the opposite side of the pool? Bathrooms stank and were not kept as expected.
Cabin / Stateroom

Tiny uncomfortable and outdated. Bathroom hardware/ shelf’s was rusty.
Hit my head on the top bunk often.
Parking walk was long and when u get back expect to walk with luggage across un even and full of potholes black top. Very inconvenient and treated like crap after they got their money. Parking attendants were rude.
Nice location, sun burned while waiting for excursion to the beach. The excursion was short only 3 hrs at the beach. Your better off going on your own. Long lines for food and beach chairs.
