Service from staff was exceptional! Deck 3 stank like an ashtray from the casino. This ship did not provide the oppotunity for us to "tap" our own drinks. The cups that were available were typically 1/2 to 2/3 full.

Review summary

We really enjoyed this cruise and the convenience of driving to and parking at the port versus flying to a larger port. Although the ship was older, the service and food were excellent! We found the service and entertainment on Adventure of the Seas to be better than that on Quantum of the Seas. Both trips were within one month of each other.

Main dining rooms and buffet were excellent except for the inability to get your own drinks at buffet. With limited hours it was a bit of a hassle to get a drink or refill your bottle.

All staff went above and beyond on this cruise. We found the service to be much more exceptional than what we had on our trip to Alaska on the Quantum of Seas in May, 2022.
