Review summary

Service has certainly declined. Embarking (getting on ship) especially as a Diamond Crown and Anchor member, was horrific and has me questioning whether to continue loyalty to Royal Caribbean line.

our cabin steward did very little to make cruise exceptional. did not replace glasses or wash clothes.

the ceiling was peeling, the carpet old and the bathroom shower rusty with mold on floor.

Ship tip

will not return to Adventure of the Seas until dry docked and up dated cabins.

It should have been a great excursion, unfortunately our tour director was disorganized and we did not get to visit the Citadel due to it closing at 5pm we arrived at 455. Also, lobster rolls listed as lunch and we received fish and chips, disappointing.

I completely disagree. I sailed on Adventure on May 12 and as a Diamond Crown and Anchor members our experience was wonderful. We were treated like royalty

I don't think any of the loyalty cruisers are feeling the love. All us old timers need to go to Holland American.
