Review summary

Took a 5 night out of Galveston. It was chilly so the first night was spent indoors. 2 stops at Costa Maya and Cozumel and 2 days at sea. This was more of a chill out vacation so we didn't do much at ports or take in many activities on board. Most time was spent relaxing pool side, in the hot tubs, or laying out on the balcony. It was amazing.

Had all our documentation ready to go and we were through check in and on the ship within 20 minutes.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

MDR was great, we dined there three of the 5 nights. Did Windjammer the other two, and it was pretty good. Drinks were phenomenal as always. The frozen mojito is amazing!

Onboard Activities

Didn't do much on this sailing except chill out at the bars and pool deck. It was just a relaxing trip.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5

Royal staff and crew are always top notch. No complaints on this cruise. They even got us batteries for our inflatable TRex costumes!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Our last three sailings spoiled us as they were all on Oasis class vessels. But other than being smaller with less venues, the ship was awesome.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5

1106, junior suite right next to the Solarium. Nice balcony and view, close to elevators. The balcony door was a little sticky but other than that it was a very nice cabin.

Disembarkation

That was our favorite class of ships 🛳 Adventurer, Voyager and Explorer…. It’s been a while since we’ve been on them… Glad you had a good time
