This has nothing to do with the cruise line. Port of Galveston facilities are poor and difficult to navigate. The line did a terrific job considering this handicap.

Indra and Gede in Windjammer are exceptional. Chef Kennedy spoke to me personally about my shellfish allergy and ensured his staff always provided safe food for me to eat. A number of dishes were prepared specially to avoid cross contamination. Francois Chevalier the hotel director was exemplary in ensuring we were afforded the highest level of service. Overall a top notch experience.
