Review summary

This was a short 4 day get away Thanksgiving Cruise booked to just get away from life. I found a 4 day cruise to be almost too short if it is something not booked last minute.

The food quality in the dining room and buffet were just a good as they were pre-pandemic.

Onboard Activities

There is so much to do on this ship. We didn't partake in to many activities but we did enjoy the hot tubs in the Solarium.

Entertainment

We went to all of the stage shows each night and they were al fantastic.

Children's Programs

My son did not chose to participate in the teen program this time.

Service and Staff

This cruise was right after Royal bumped up the capacity over 50%. Because of this, the Windjammer was open for dinner and the dining room felt very understaffed at dinner time and service was VERY slow. Our room steward was very attentive and always greeted us with a smile.

Ship Quality

I love the layout of this ship. My favorite ship is a Freedom class and this is just a smaller version. This ship's common areas were cleaned constantly.

I really like the size of balcony rooms. There is plenty of room to walk around without bumping into things. The room and balcony were very clean.
