Review summary

It was great went to the water park at coco cay and had a blast. We did the zip line and a lot of the of the water slides. We were in cabin 9280 the refrigerator did not work they sent in a repairman but no luck so they gave us buckets of ice each day. In the bathroom the cabinet door was broken very hard to use.

Had our covid testing done 2 day before sailing as requested, however when we got there they would not take the handwritten document from the doctors office. Was told to get a new test done there at the dock at a cost of $150.00 per person. I was able to call my doctor to get a typed copy sent to me via email because of this it took about 2 hours to be able to board. Had we know they would NOT take a hand written note from the doctors office I would have had that changed before we got there.
