Review summary

having sailed multiple times on Celebrity we were disappointed in our RC cruise experience. the level of service from top to bottom was below our expectation and no one seemed concerned except our concierge Rafael. Food was sub par except in the specialty restaurants and the fact that you cant pay for 2 cups of coffee with 1 seapass is just ridiculous. if you wish to know more you are welcome to call me at 518-459-4665

Seems like your travel agent did a poor job of setting expectations. Celebrity and Royal both provide good cruise experiences but they are not the same in the experience or in the cost of the cruise for a similar cabin.

Agree with having to walk through the casino. I'm not a gambler and tried to avoid the casino as much as possible.
