Review summary

Overall this experience was exceptional. The staff was over the top in customer service and attention. From Steve (in Housekeeping, Deck 2 Forward), to Nazareth (Windjammer Buffet, Deck 11 Aft), to our Head Waiter Vishal and his assistant Denny (Main Dining Room, 5 Aft)!

I wanted a stateroom, but they said they didn't have any available, however my sister in law called a month later, after the reservation s deadline had passed and didn't have a problem obtaining one. She also didn't use our travel agent. So, I gathered that our agent wasn't doing her due diligence to accommodate us. We were a party of 12.

Ship tip

Some of the lower decks will not allow pass through forward to after or visa versa. You will have to go to the upper decks to walk through depending on the location of you cabin. We were not advised of this small tidbit of information, upon reservation of the room.
