Review summary

ok all my American friends do you not understand the rules?. there is a strict dress code, shall I wear a baseball cap to dinner? the answer to that is obviously no. Should i make an effort when I go to dinner? hell yeah, so why to the majority of you not. It's not rocket science guys,I paid roughley 3 times what you paid. Make an effort guys. I don't blame you I blame Royal Carribean, never ever again will I sail from America!! . Its simple don't go on a cruise if you don't like the rules

Oraelo...let me explain to yo ignorant the U.S. is not america you are only u.s. citizens america is north america including canada and south america including brazil, argentina, chile , bolivia ect ect...ahh btw central america : mexico panama...Puerto Rico is part of the U.S. so yeah go buy a map and read some history

Oraelo...wow so much ignorance

lele0132    8 years ago

Really? You hated the cruise for someone wearing a cap.. jajajanananan

Annnddddd....don't forget that a a whole buncha states were territories first. That's like telling an 80 year old Alaskan native they aren't an American.

Everyone is right here There is no strict dress code anywhere. RC fools people into thinking their dining room is an upscale experience. American mothers don't tell their children to take their hats off when indoors. Balding guys don't fool anyone by trying a wear a ball cap all the time.

Sweet love, go tell a Puerto Rican that they are from America and let me know how that works out for u.

sweetlove13    8 years ago

oraelo, Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so yes part of the U.S. & has been for s very long time

First off - don't generalize all Americans. That's just silly. Second - while I don't necessarily disagree with the sentiment of your comment... get over it. And how exactly did you pay 3x what I did?

Weber7 should be a good game today.

There is no strict dress code, if there was you wouldn't have to be tortured by the agony of having to sit next to someone in a baseball hat. THE HORROR!!!! By the way mr snob traveler, u still haven't sailed from America. The Adventure sails from San Juan. That is in Puerto Rico. Go buy a map.

I'll wear my hat and whatever makes me comfortable.I don't agree with booty shorts or flip flops in the dining room but I won't let it ruin my vacation.I also paid for my vacation. If I wanted a strict dress code, I would've stayed at work. I also ask for a table for 2.

It is your choice not to sail from America. If such a thing makes you so angry perhaps it's better that you don't.

Johnnyboy this is vacation dear, not an office meeting. And the dress code ...not a strict rule anymore. Relaxing should be more enjoyable than being judgemental towards others.

Yeah, over the years I have noticed that less and less people dress for the formal nights. We still like doing it as it is fun and you can get some great ships photos too. So why not! To those who don't..... there are other meal options but it does not bother me either way. It is my vacation and I tend to overlook the small stuff. We love cruising!

2016 My friend, people want to be more relaxed and enjoy. if you want to dress up have at it. what other do should not bother you. it's a sugested dress code not a rule.

kdlovescruising    8 years ago

Apart from the dining dress code did you enjoy the cruise?  I agree that people should adhere to dress code but it would not ruin my cruise.  I can still have a fantastic time.
