Review summary

service was very good. Food was mediocre. Ship needs updating. Cabins rather small for price paid. Entertainment was marginal, not much diversity on variety.

Boarding procedure was horrible. Getting off much better. Shore excursions were decent.

Too many people I think, but you must have a better procedure. Non crown and anchor were over two hours in line.

I wonder if it was the procedure or just too many people trying to get on at once. I really like leaving from San Juan but boarding does take a long time.

I thought the food was fantastic. Ship is old but you would never know...kept well. Agree, boarding was awful!
