Non stressful from start to finish, Always something to do. The only complaint I can add is the smoking area is in the wrong area. Non smokers had to walk past to go to front or rear of ship

Wonderful, lovely and friendly crew members onboard the ship. Enjoyed the atmosphere onboard.

The Majestic Princess is a beautiful cruise ship, one if the latest and largest Pricess ships . Our cruise was terrific great food wonderful crew and services. Missed seeing the Fiordland Marine Parks due to a low pressure system causing strong winds and very large swell which our very wise Captain Dino Sagani thankfully decided wasnt safe passage. Recomend this cruise on the Majestic Princess.

Excellent cruise, staff very helpful and friendly, food fantastic, entertainment good, Although I don’t think there is enough seats to just sit down to rest while walking around the ship without going into a bar or coffee shop etc

The ship itself is lovely but it just seems to be missing something. New cruisers seemed overawed by it but for long time cruisers like myself the RCI fleet no longer has that special feeling. Nearly all activities are aimed at selling you something and the whole activity team seemed under utilised. You used to always see them around the ship getting involved with passengers but not now. Didn't even lay eyes on the Cruise director. Sadly the old days of cruising are gone forever. I don't like the dining rooms on this ship at all. Give me the grand old ones anytime. I doubt I will be back on a RCI ship as I find them all gimmicky and kind of soulless. Even though the staff try their best they seem to not have their heart in it either

As always we totally enjoyed our cruise and our cruise experience with Royal Caribbean, we only travel with them, too scared to try another cruise line.

Great time and staff were the best, went to all measures to ensure all had a great time. Would recommend cruise with Royal Caribbean to anyone.

Food was great but entertainment / shows very average. Really need to have an intranet for passengers to be able to communicate round the ship. Internet very expensive to buy.

Our first cruise and we had a wonderful time. Loved the ship and the ports. Highly recommend a trip to the South Pacific. Explorer is on her last trip to Australia but they are bringing a bigger and better ship to replace her.

On the whole a lovely cruise, but I will not be booking another regent cruise until I am at least over 65

We had a phenomenal time! We celebrated our b’days & anniversary. We booked another cruise on the Ovation b/c once is not enough.

This was our very first cruise for our family, we have an 8 and 10 year old. This was one of our best family holidays, far exceeded our expectations. Kids had so much to do everyday. Couldn't fault the staff, service and food. Weather and sailing conditions were perfect, which certainly helped make our trip so enjoyable. We would recommend Ovation of the seas for families and our kids were at a perfect age/height to be able to participate in all activities. We def will be cruising again in the near future!!

Amazing experience, staff exceptional and such hard workers. To think so many people on board but it didnt feel like it. Plan on doing another one

This cruise was amazing! Everything was wonderful. Ship is a little dated but very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wish all my cruises were like this one!

We boarded in Sydney, no need to visit Melbourn. Would have been great to just sail direct from Sydney to New Zealand, we thought there were wasted days there. Did not enjoy the only shore tour we booked through ship, Dunedin sights and Taleiri Gorge railway. Waste of money, suggest try doing it through another party. Was way too expensive for what you got. Otherwise cruise was wonderful, nice taste of New Zealand.

Fantastic cruise take me back 😊 kids club was good, windjammer gets packed so go early dining room service and staff were fantastic bar staff were fantastic our room attendant was amazing he made us a new towel animal every day for our kids shoes were great all round fantastic cruise 🚢

Loved the cruise , dined in windjammer and main dining room food was ok in wind jammer, ate too much cause we could 😂,only had a couple of bad nights in main dining room, staff are all fantastic, ship was very clean all staff work very hard,we had the deluxe drinks packages and made use of them, the entertainment was very good but I felt on sail days especially when the weather wasn’t great that there could have been more to do that didn’t require cash , we felt obligated to play bingo and as a cash prize was a great incentive wasn’t given to many players just main winners, not big gambler s so didn’t want to throw money away in casino either, tv required to pay for any films may be a DVD player would be good in rooms, port of calls where great as the weather was good , didn’t do excursions this time but would definitely prebook for another trip and budget for them , we bought voom and surf for one but didn’t have brilliant time with internet very slow gave up with it most days, easy transfer from airport to train and other way round. Genaraly had a great time would definitely do it again but we’re not millionaires so will have to save lots

Room was a good size.. the band was amazing the jamacians! Staff always happy made the experience even better. Food was delicious . Ship over all was amazing. Dont have a negative comment at all
