Exceptional .. only complaint is no offer of solo cabins with decreased price.

The cruise was great sailing. The Princess theatre needs more seating reserved for people with disabilities.

we really enjoyed our cruise, Maasdam is a lovely ship to travel on and crew were excellent. would recommend ,particularly for older tourists

Would recommend anyone who has never visited NZ it will allow you to see what you would do on land as the ship does not stay long in port for you to explore but all cruise lines do this We were a small group of 4 people

It was a great trip but I wouldn‘t choose Radiance again (with the exception of the UPSCALE DUO!).

The Royal Caribbean cruise line has proved to be a well oiled machine that has learnt to optimise everything to run smooth and to maximise the cruiser's enjoyment. 10/10

Disappointed in Cruise for what we paid for. Learnt things by the errors that were made.

We flew to Sydney first for 5 days, then flew to Auckland to catch the cruise. We went with 2 friends from our hometown. Definitely get the NCL app for onboard messaging and off ship phone calls. Quality of calls was excellent. Go to the shows. They were spectacular.

It was an amazing cruise thoroughly enjoyed everything. Very remote and unspoilt areas we visited. Well worth visiting.

A bit boring onboard experience but the ports were great

The cruise was great apart from a couple of days are rough weather on my way home totally enjoyed it.

Biggest omission on this cruise is MILFORD SOUND. I hoped against hope that we were really going there but we did not. I would recommend this trip but if you want more ports in New Zealand or longer in ports, I would recommend you don't pick a cruise that adds extra days in Auckland or Sydney unless it's more than 2 weeks.

Not enough help for first time cruisers. And RC need more English people on staff.

Our first cruise was marred midway by some nasty bed bug bites! After about 3 days, we started waking up with big itchy bites, but thought they might have been mosquito bites. They inspected the room after my first complaint but said it was a "negative" finding. After waking up bitten even worse, we asked them to check again, but same "negative" finding. The evidence was all over my body, but that didn't seem to matter. In the end we looked ourselves by just searching the bed covers and found and trapped one in a glass. They finally moved us, but not before letting us know we were "lucky" to get a new room because someone had been medically evacuated.... I understand that bed bugs happen, it was just the way we were treated that was disappointing. We met with the Customer service manager in the end and some on board credit was applied, but it didn't really make up for the pain and discomfort from my bites that we're were hot, itchy and weepy. I just hope they fade ok and don't scar from the scratching. Overall, I did enjoy the facilities and days at sea, the port call days were good but rushed!
