Overall we would have had a wo0nderful time, however, because of the above mentioned issues, it was a bad experience.

We all enjoyed the trip... We had a group 15 and everyone got to chose the things and places they wanted to see and visit.

There was 21 of us we were all looking forward to the fine dinning. It was very disappointing. Our waiters were great it was the food that was so bad. We really enjoyed our rooms. The staff was friendly and fun.

We loved our cabin steward Cyril. He took excellent care of us and we know he did better than some other stewards. Truly he goes above and beyond and loves doing his job. Just a delightful young man. Special thanks to Denz in The Vines Wine bar. Also goes above and beyond and makes sure you are happy and comfortable. Our room service steward his name is Alan. He also was exceptional and such a delight for him to bring breakfast every morning- another delightful young man that enjoys his job. Oh, the stores on board...such fun! Special thanks to the handsome helpful men at Effys!

Great value and relaxing week. Sea days were great for me to unwind.

We had a nice relaxing cruise! The ship is beautiful. We were on it in August for an Alaskan cruise and loved it so much we booked this one. We have done this itinerary many times so we did not do any excursions. We did not even get off the ship in Cabo which was great because we had the hot tub to ourselves.

Ship is big and becomes a Human Zoo most of the times. Design is not impressive as lot of space is wasted or under utilized at the cost of rooms. Decor is average , nothing to be "bliss ed "about, as it is like any other ship. Sad that the revenue is generated by nickle and dimming. Complain-they switched our stateroom without any notification, from 15th floor to 9th floor.

Wonderful vacation, beautiful ship, absolutely wonderful.

Overall, awesome! Would recommend to enlarge the smoking area by also allowing smoking in the exterior so the room is not so smoke congested.

My comments say it all there is nothing else I can add.

This was our first cruise. We had so much fun! The food and the service was excellent, Loved the Mocha City band! Motown night! We will definitely be going on another Carnival cruise😊

Everything seemed to go pretty well. Wish the food at the buffet was a little better. Quality seemed on the low side. High rating for the steak/eggs breakfast, I would definitely cruise again.

Mar Q made this cruise incredible!! He was an amazing cruise director and kept us laughing and having fun the entire trip!

We truly enjoyed ourselves on this cruise. We are 2 adults and 2 kids. Didn't need a window or balcony. Enjoyed the food, the shows and the people! We cannot wait until we can go again :)

This was my first cruise. It was for our honeymoon. The three things I think could be better about the ship is their food. It was ok but not that good. Also there are no toilet covers. That bothered me. And our room would get this super weird almost sewage likesmell. Otherwise it was a great trip.

Our room steward, Saputra , and our head dining room server, Heidi, were both WONDERFUL. By the end of the first day, they both had all our names down, and they were what made the whole trip absolutely fantastic!

Carnival is going downhill fast. this was my 7th cruise and I was quite disappointed.

When we started getting hurricane Sergio updates I was concerned about rough waters. It ended up being very smooth. The food was great. Comedy shows were great.

Beautiful ship, poor access to entertainment and children's program these venues were overbooked we were not able to see the top shows and our child was turned away to no opening in the children program. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Our cabin was beautiful the bed was uncomfortable. We will not be back.
