28 days seemed a long time - but it was over far too quickly. The staff and crew were excellent, engaging, and spontaneous, and there were activities for everyone who wanted to join in. Because of the placement of the common areas, it did not seem crowded most of the time even though the ship was at capacity.

Great way to see Hawaii. The ship was fine, nothing special. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.

Cruise is a great way to see the islands. Eat at the specialty restaurants.

The fifteen day Cruise on the Ruby princess to Hawaii was wonderful. It my new favorite cruise. Even though I have been to Hawaii many times. I really enjoyed cruising. My friends and I are hopping to book another cruise for 2021.for another 15 days in Hawaii

Besides the very disappointing cabin, the cruise, entertainment food etc. were great. Just hated to pay for an "Ocean-view" cabin and get what we got.............Could have booked an inside cabin and saved some $$$$$

If you have never seen Hawaii, there is no better way to experience the islands. Good was much better than expected.

I loved the itinerary of this cruise. Boat, personnel, entertainment and food all wonderful.

Overall a great trip. The service and the food quality has been lowered from what I expect from a Princess Cruise.

Take the Pride for Hawaii and enjoy the ports. The ship is average at best but has old cruise ship charm and can be fun

The ship was clean. Service was excellent. Up-charge restaurants not worth it as much as other Nowegian cruises I have been on. Entertainment not as good as other cruises I have been on.

Great time the ship is a little out dated. Embarking process needs a big update to catch up with other cruise lines. The pictures packages and digital pictures process is far behind other cruise lines as well. Not a part ship at all every thing closes down by 10:30. Entertainment was fair, seen better. The food was great but not happy about all the locations that were NOT included with the cost of the cruise. Very few waiters had to go to the bard to get drinks every time. Drink packages are VERY expensive and they don't push drinks because of the packages assume that is why there are very few waiters around.

The ship and staff were amazing. The website is slow and unresponsive. They even filed a ticket about the problems I was having but never followed up with me. I am now dealing with the fact that I was charged for an excursion I didn't book. I brought it to their attention before the cruise and instead of refunding the money they charged me twice. It is a nightmare to the tune of $1678.15.

We had a great time, the staff was super friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The food was good with the French restaurant being exceptional! The ports that we stopped at were very good and the scenery was exceptional! Would recommend this trip to friends and family.

Nice and smiling crews. but many rude passengers I have never encountered in other cruise ships. Hope they offer low salt menu option.

Medical team was open two hours in morning and two hours in afternoon and required $150 consultation fee. Open four hours a day and charging a ridiculous fee was disheartening to say the least. Charging $15.51 per person per cabin per day for cabin service was a scam. No hotels throughout continental U.S. charge room service fee. Call it a “resort fee” and that would be consistent with other hotels

Fantastic, viewing all the islands was breathtaking views Paradise for sure, experience it, live it, you only live once so go for the gusto, do it. Best way to see all the islands the affordable way and the overnight docking was a real treat because you are not rushed getting back on board, at ease and true relaxing island enjoyment ! Sailing on the Pacific was beautiful every day. Saw some of the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets daily!

We were not aware that Holland America was a "floating Nursing Home". I think passengers should be warned prior to booking that many guests are quite elderly requiring wheelchairs, oxygen etc.
