I took a one-night cruise, Barcelona to Genoa, to get a quick feel both for MSC and for a ship this size. I was very happy with both and would definitely consider MSC in the future. Having sailed on 4 other lines for multiple cruises and usually on smaller ships than the Orchestra, this one was definitely plush and pleasant. Except for disembarkation, it was a perfect and flawless experience.

This was our first NCL ship overall I would give this ship a 5 out of 10 due to the ship and ports of call. It was disappointing to have to pay to get off the boat and be shuttled to an area where you can walk around. Most of the ports you had to drive far to visit most of the places that was worth seeing from the port. Being freestyle food in the buffet was always cold by the time you sat down to eat due to trying to find a seat. Room service is not free even for a suite. No iron to iron cloths in your own room, you have to call and then wait to have them bring one up and then you only have it for 1 hr. Very inconvienent for the amount of money you spend.

Disappointed that you have to pay to be shuttled off to a main area from the port after paying all that money for the cruise you would think they could offer free shuttling to bring you to an area that you can walk around. We would not do NCL again, we will stick with Royal Caribbean they treat their vacationers much better and

If you are an traditional cruise passenger and like glamour and class this is the one for you. If you are the new generation of travelers like us, you might want to read more reviews before going here.

This was a fabulous vacation. It exceeded my expectations. It was a trip of a lifetime for my sister and I.

Excelllant cruise. The weather was perfect. The ship is large but never had a problem. The only problem is the main theater is to small.

We absolutely love the cruise. We wish we had booked a longer cruise, did not want to leave. We had so much fun.

It was a terrible cruise-even before a woman jumped to her death from a balcony above us, and hit the lifeboat with a big bang that woke us up, before the man overboard alert. 😱

Food was not the best. I expected better quality in specialty restaurants.

Overall the cruise was enjoyable. It was stressful for our sister who had 2 small children with her. It would be nice if there were some accommodation for children on these cruises.

I wish the disembark ion was not changed from Barcelona to Monte Carlo.

The Bellissima is a gorgeous ship. Food on the ship is good, but was only marginal in dining rooms. Pizza at the buffet was awesome. There was too much pushy upselling of drinks and dining packages. Most of the staff encountered was great and very friendly. The only exception we had to this was in the Photo Gallery. The shows were mostly below average. I would cruise again just because of the beauty and comfort of the ship itself.

Excellent cruise ship and great time to go to the Mediterranean. Lots to do onboard and off ship. You will be as busy as you want to be. Choose what you want or relax.

Would not recommend large group excursions. Too much time wasted waiting

Great cruise. There is a lot to see and this results in some long shore excursion days. Many ports are actually commercial ports so it is a considerable distance to the center of town. Most of the time there is a free shuttle, but in some ports there is a charge to go into town.

I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Mediterranean as a short but sweet cruise. You can search ahead and find really great deal on airfare then match this cruise to the dates. The best month is October.
